Back to work

It's back to work today. It's been nice but a bit boring laying around. I did read Killer Heat by Linda Fairstein and started reading Mrs. Astor Regrets. I have my books I finished over on the sidebar if you care to go there and then click in the title, it will take you to Amazon to see the book.

This morning I had to run an errand in downtown Pensacola, so I knew I needed a picture for today's post. I stopped near the Port of Pensacola and took a couple of pictures. Here is a hungry somebody. I didn't have anything to give it.

Looking over at the port.

Last Friday, I went to Magnolia Sun's house for a visit. It was so nice. She had the windows open and it's so nice, bright, new and airy there. Her craft room is so pretty. She has pictures that her daddy photographed hanging on the walls. She is so neat....I think she needs to get in there and mess something up ... just a little bit. Her closets are very neat, too. I would die if she opened the door to any one of the closets in my house...something will fall out on her.

We rode over to the farm stand near her house. Their stuff looks good. I got tomatoes and green beans. Tomato was really good. I need to cook those green beans soon.

I will have a picture of the pugs tomorrow...I hope. I took Alfred for a walk this morning and took Emma and Sugar in the stroller after I got back with Alfred. Little Holly didn't get to go, but I don't think she knows what she's missing either. She doesn't seem to want to stay outside at all.

It's spring break this week for the kids here. The little carnival is down the street in the school parking lot. I have never been to the carnival all these years I've lived here. Guess I won't go this year either.

I didn't know you took a picture of the farm stand - I will be going back often. Glad your feeling well enough to start back working.

I love fresh green beans! Wish we had a cool veggie stand like that here where I live.
Are closets supposed to be neat, lol?
