pugs and paper crafts

Yesterday, I took Emma and Sugar in their stroller for a ride. It was so nice outside. It has been a while since they have been in the stroller and they just LOVE it. When I got home and took them out, I noticed that one of them was bleeding and found that it was Sugar's toe area. So I called the vet and took her right in. Her nail had broken. I waited too long to get her nails clipped, too. So they fixed her up. I bought a furminator while I was there. I used Winston and Sela's furminator when they came over and LOVED it. It really gets the excess fur out of their coats.

When I got back from the vet's office, I took Alfred for a walk and he loved it. He is typical boy...peeing on everything. Anytime I leave the house now, I find Holly up on the couch with the others so I think she is fine. She does not know how to get down yet so it's a good thing I'm not gone for long when I leave. I'm trying to teach her to come back down the little two-step steps but she really hesitates.

Here is Alfred aka Big Boy and Holly aka Dolly.

Little Holly.

Sugar and Emma.

I've been working on some things for our niece's wedding. Her mom ordered these green bags with pink script and they turned out darker than the actual pink and green that she wanted. But I was able to match the colors perfectly for the tags that I will make and attach with ribbon to the bag handles. She is putting a couple of water bottles, among other things, in these bags for the people who come from out of town and stay at the hotel. I made these decorate tags to place on the water bottles. Just waiting to hear if they want the one last name initial or the three initials. The niece's last name initial will not change when she marries because it's the same. That's nice. I will be stamping the same initials onto the bags that will be used for the "candy buffet" that will be the reception favors. I could only dream of a "candy buffet"! I will be sure to get my bag full if there's any left at the end of the evening!

We love our furminator as well!! Especially when they got into super shead mode (seems to be about twice a year). Also love that picture of Holly.

I don't have a furminator, but I got one of those PediPawz things for Christmas. I haven't used it too much yet though.
A candy bar sounds heavenly! Enjoy some for me--especially if it's chocolate!
Thanks for all the sweet pug pics--can't get enough of those cuties!

We have a Furminator but I keep forgetting to use it. Need to get better about that.

I love the pictures of the doggies! And your wedding favor stamps look great. That is a great idea for the bags for the guests staying at a hotel!

I love the labels for the water bottles. I especially like the 3 initial look for them. I bet they are so happy that you love doing this crafts!

Holly looks great. Her eyes especially. She looks younger. And I'm happy Alfred got to go for a walk.
